So how does a small software company offer live support 24/7? No, we don’t hire flunkies to babysit the phones all night. If you have an after-hours emergency, our phone system will call three of our most knowledgeable staff members at home incessantly until one of us picks up. And just in case disaster strikes our phone system, we also give our clients cell numbers to call.
