HomeCU™ Batch - Home Banking Solution
If credit unions could design their own home banking
software, this is what they would create.
Makes Life Easier for Your Members
With HomeCU™ Batch, your members will have easy
access to all the account information they could possibly
want, plus the ability to conduct transactions, all
from their home or office computer. Members can:
- See current balances, loan principal and interest,
YTD and prior year dividends, cleared checks, account
history, and imaged share-drafts (subject to availability
of images from item processor).
- Sort historical data by amount, check number, or
type of transaction.
- Transfer funds to another account and order checks.
- Download data into MS Money, Quicken, or a text
file.
- Change passwords and account information and opt
in or out of credit union e-mail notifications.
Gives Credit Unions the Access and Control
You Need
Even credit union employees with very little computer
experience say that HomeCU is very easy to manage. With
HomeCU, the credit union can
- Quickly upload account data and electronic statements,
and see the results of the upload.
- Control member access to the system by forcing
periodic password changes, changing member passwords,
and locking and unlocking member accounts on demand.
- Search, view, and edit member profiles.
- Authorize cross-account transfers.
- Run multiple reports, including site traffic analysis.
- Send mass e-mail to members.
- Take Web-based surveys with real-time results.
- Save on ISP charges by taking advantage of our
free Web site hosting.
Keeps Sensitive Data Secure
We take security very seriously. That’s why we’ve
built the following security features into all HomeCU
products. ( for additional features that keep HomeCU Live!
secure.)
- Data is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption and automatic backup and recovery systems.
- Our secure Web servers are protected by firewalls,
authenticated with third-party digital certificates,
and covered by the latest security precautions.
- Encrypted passwords are invisible to everyone (including
DMS and the credit union) except the member.
- Members can be locked out of the system manually
and automatically when a password expires or when
they have attempted too many unsuccessful logins.
